AMNESTY I

Does anyone deny that, given that the annual losses by means of health care fraud are pegged at hundreds of billions of dollars, an amnesty program for organized crime may well be the single greatest "cure" for health care available, to say nothing of the otherwise huge "cures" for the economy in general and a major cancer of our society?
