ENVY and EMULATE VI 1/2
Does anyone deny that mandating every IPO allocate a certain percentage of the issuance to the now “arbitrarily excluded” class and supercomputer randomly selecting from those of the class submitting an offer to purchase the IPO is feasible and would vastly increase the percentage of citizens directly participating in and thus having a direct stake in our economy ... more equal ... envy and emulate?

ENVY and EMULATE V 1/2
Does anyone deny that if every person now in that class of people who now are arbitrarily excluded from participating in IPOs were guaranteed at least a possibility of being included in 100 per cent of the IPOs, and some, in fact, would be so included, virtually that entire class would feel more a part of the economic fabric of this society, would feel more “equal”, and non-nationals would be more likely to envy and want to emulate this society?
